Yasin Yildirim has been selected as a July 2025 Cultivator by the Farm Foundation, a prestigious program that brings together emerging leaders in agriculture and food systems. This summer, he’ll head to Spokane, Washington, to join a group of early-career professionals at the Farm Foundation’s semi-annual Round Table Meeting.
This is a fantastic opportunity and a well-deserved recognition of Yildirim’s work in the field. In addition to being a personal achievement, his selection also serves as a meaningful representation of the graduate students who are part of the Center for Agricultural Policy and Trade Studies. Through his participation, Yildirim highlights the important research and contributions being made by young scholars in agricultural policy and trade.
As a Cultivator, he will have the chance to connect with industry experts, policy leaders, and other changemakers shaping the future of agriculture. The experience also includes a virtual orientation, as well as participation in networking and mentorship sessions throughout the event.
The Center for Agricultural Policy and Trade Studies congratulates Yasin and wishes him great success in his presentation at the Round Table Meeting.
